About Our Employment Training Program

Unemployment and lack of skill development remain critical challenges in rural and semi-urban India. Satnam Trust's Employment Training Program was designed to bridge this gap by providing young men and women with industry-relevant skills, professional confidence, and direct pathways to employment. Our comprehensive training modules cover both technical and soft skills, ensuring that participants are well-rounded and ready for the modern workplace.

Each training batch is carefully structured with a 60% practical and 40% theory ratio, so that trainees gain hands-on experience with real tools and real scenarios. Our partnerships with local businesses and industries mean that participants have access to on-the-job training, apprenticeships, and placement drives upon completing their courses. We have partnered with over 10 organizations in the Raipur region to provide employment opportunities for our graduates.

Beyond technical skills, we place strong emphasis on soft skills development including resume building, interview preparation, workplace communication, and financial literacy. Many of our graduates come from backgrounds where these essential life skills are not taught in schools. Our program ensures they are fully prepared to enter and succeed in the professional world, breaking cycles of poverty for their families.
